A sound bath is a great opportunity to pause\, recharge\, and reconnect with yourself. \nA sound bath is an experience where participants are immersed in the healing vibrations of sounds created by a variety of instruments like singing bowls\, rainsticks and chimes. As you recline in comfort\, you’ll be surrounded by healing vibrations that help quiet the mind and ease the body into a meditative state. Bathed in natural light\, in a quiet setting and perfectly positioned to watch beautiful sunsets. The sound bath with take place in the studio.  \n  \nInvestment and How to Book\nSpaces are limited to 10 spaces so that you are in close proximity to the singing bowls so that you have a fully immersive experience. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration. \nRefund policy\n\nYou can move your booking or receive a full refund up until midday on the Monday before the event.
