
Solstice Serenity: A Yin Yoga & Healing Sound Bath

32£Join us on International Yoga Day and just before the Summer Solstice for an immersive two-hour mini retreat that invites your body to soften, your mind to slow, and your spirit to realign with the rhythms of nature. A gentle, restorative evening designed to help you unwind deeply, through the powerful synergy of yin yoga and sound bath. Held during the year’s longest day, this is a chance to pause, reflect, and create space within. A moment of stillness in the fullness of light.
Led by Julia from Julia K Healthy Living and Yanni from Faros Spirit, this session offers a unique co-creation: yin and restorative yoga poses, interwoven with the grounding and transformative power of live sound bath. Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments will accompany each posture, helping the body surrender with greater ease and allowing the nervous system to fully down-regulate.
As you melt into each pose, sound vibrations work in real-time to release energetic stagnation and promote deep inner harmony. The body opens, the breath deepens, and a quiet spaciousness begins to emerge. The session will conclude with an extended shavasana, where you’ll be cocooned in the healing frequencies of sound, allowing for full integration and restoration. This final part of the practice invites profound relaxation – where healing can happen without effort, and the soul has room to breathe.
This evening is for anyone seeking gentle movement, rest, and reconnection.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have a regular practice, all are welcome. No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
What to bring:
