Welcome to Faros Spirit, I’m Yanni, your guide on the journey to inner transformation and spiritual growth.
The combination of my (second) spiritual awakening along with my passion for music drove me to explore sound healing. With over 20 years in playing music, I trained in sound healing to deepen my connection with its healing potential.
I’m also a Reiki Master, using Reiki to reduce stress, relieve pain, promote relaxation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
I am also a certified Theta Healing practisioner, helping you release limiting beliefs, clear emotional blocks, and manifest the life you truly want.
In my personal life I practice shamanism, following the cycles of the seasons and honoring the land as part of my spiritual path.
My Story & How I Ended Up Here
In my early twenties, meditation and self-reflection came naturally to me, leading me to discover the chakras and shamanic journeying. However, in mylate twenties, I became immersed in demanding corporate jobs and unfulfilling relationships, drifting further from my true self.
Numbing the discomfort with nightly drinking, working out to exhaustion and spending money on unnecessary things, I eventually reached a breaking point in 2019 – see photo. As I layed in recovery, unable to distract myself with my usual escapes, I had no choice but to sit with myself. And in that painful stillness, something shifted.
The turning point came when a close relative did my first past life reading. That Akashic Records reading sparked a deep need for change. Afterwards I sought out spiritual teachers and intuitive guides to assist me and eventually I studied under some of them.
Through this journey, I confronted my shadow, broke free from many limiting patterns and reclaimed the parts of myself I had abandoned. By integrating both my light and shadow, my masculine and feminine energies, I transformed my life and now, I help others do the same.
Why Faros Spirit?
Faros means lighthouse, symbolizing my role – not as a leader seeking followers, but as a guiding light for those navigating their own healing. So that you return you to your own light.
As a name it serves to honour my Greek roots but it also gives space for growth and expansion.
