All-Night Sound Bath in Bedford – Sound Puja at the Clophill Centre

A Sound Puja is a devotional sound ceremony as an energy offering of healing vibrations. Traditionally Sound Pujas are played by multiple sound healers throughout the night until dawn. This time, I’ll be holding the space alone, offering sound as a personal rite of passage and commitment to my healing path. Having recently left the corporate world, this Puja marks a meaningful milestone and a way of giving back, grounding my new direction in healing sound.

I will play as long as I am physically able, most likely until around 3:00–4:00am. I will play around 30 minutes focusing on each chakra, take a short break in between and allow the rest of the night to be held in silence or our rhythmic deep breaths. Snoring is allowed and expected.

Sound Puja | What to Expect:

• A chakra-balancing sound bath journey with approximately 30 minutes dedicated to each of the 7 chakras, from root to crown
• A deeply restful overnight space to simply sleep, surrender and let go completely
• Gentle ambient healing sound played continuously into the early morning hours
• A small intimate gathering so I can really hold space for you and your energy

What to Bring:

• Pyjamas or sleepwear
• Blow-up mattress, thick yoga mat, or comfortable bedding
• Pillow, blankets, eye mask
• Anything you’d like for breakfast
• I will also provide some teas, coffee, fruits and nut bars

The Birch Room offers enough space to place your mattress further away from others if you’d prefer more distance while sleeping. Plus it is very close to the toilets.

Giving Back:

50% of all proceeds will go toward a UK charity for disabled animals that I have adopted 2 pets in the past and I know their good work. Also some will be given to select volunteers who neuter and care for stray animals in Greece. This event is both an offering of sound and a way to contribute to meaningful causes.

Sound Puja in Bedford – Location

The event will take place in the Birch room at the Clophill Centre, a serene setting known for its calming energy. It’s located in the heart of Bedfordshire, just 20 minutes from Bedford or Biggleswade, and 25 minutes from Luton or Milton Keynes. Ample free parking is available on-site.

Schedule

Door opens at 22:00. We’ll start with a casual welcome and I’ll share the intention behind this Sound Puja. You’ll also have a chance to share where you are energetically, if you wish. The sound bath will last approximately 4 to 5 hours and I intent to spend about 30 minutes for each chakra with small breaks in between. In the morning we’ll wake up around 7-7:30 am to have some breakfast before heading home.
