Hello, I’m Yanni, and I’m looking forward to sharing this space with you. A sound bath is an experience where participants are immersed in the healing vibrations of sound waves created by a variety of instruments. As you recline in comfort, you’ll be surrounded by the harmonious tones of singing bowls, rainsticks, chimes, and drums.

During the Waxing Gibbous phase as the moon continues to grow, this phase is about refining your plans and making necessary adjustments. This is the phase where plans mature and efforts deepen. It’s about refinement – perfecting, adjusting, and putting heartfelt emotion into your work.
Sound healing during the Waxing Gibbous phase assist with emotional clarity and energetic fine-tuning. The frequencies help you connect with your heart, release emotional stagnation, and deepen your commitment to what you’re building. You’ll leave feeling focused, emotionally aligned, and reconnected with your “why.”
Month: the Blustery Winds Time | Pisces | Direction: North-East
March, the month of Pisces, carries the energy of rapid change and transition. Traditionally it is the time when warmer winds sweep away the last remnants of winter, refreshing the land and preparing the Earth for Spring. Strong winds and shifting air currents symbolise movement, release and renewal, while the growing strength of Sun energy is felt as the days continue to lengthen.
Energetically, March is an in-between month, suspended between the power of the North, representing renewal, wisdom and knowledge, and the power of the East, representing awakening and illumination. It holds a feeling of anticipation and promise, a threshold in-between inner shifts forming into outer change.

Winter sits at the heart of stillness, associated with the mind, wisdom, and clarity. This season invites turning inward, quieting mental noise, and creating space for deeper understanding. Just as nature rests and renews, Winter supports reflection and mental clearing. A sound bath at this time helps settle the mind, release inner fog, and reconnect with clarity and purpose as you gently prepare for the return of movement and light.
My intention is to connect with the energy of the Air element, to help you align with the cycles of nature, gaining clarity and a renewed sense of purpose as you prepare for the growth and light of the seasons ahead.
Sound Bath in Bedford – Location & Accessibility
The sound bath with take place in one of the rooms on the 1st floor at the Place Theatre in Bedford. Accessibility – stairs only. The Place Theatre is a lovely venue and a vibrant community hub, hosting diverse productions, community events, and workshops.
Cost and How to Book
Early booking is essential as spaces are intentionally limited to 10 people max to keep the session intimate, allowing each participant to be in close proximity to the singing bowls if they want an immersive experience.

The sound bath will take place upstairs, in room 2.
- For the early session, 5-6pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 5:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.
- For the late session, 7-8pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 7:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.
Refund policy
You can receive a full refund up until midday on the Wednesday before the event. After that, I’ll be happy to provide a full refund, if I’m able to fill your place.
