🌸 10:00 am | Welcome Circle & Herbal Tea – Set your intentions and connect with the group in a warm and supportive space.
🌬 10:15 am | Breathwork Session – Led by Yanni, this guided breathwork practice will help you release stagnant energy and expand awareness.
📝 10:25 am | Pause & Journaling – Reflect on your breathwork experience and write any insights that come up.
🧘♀️ 10:30 am | Gentle Yoga & Stretch – Guided by Jo Taylor, this gentle movement session will open your body, increase flexibility and bring a sense of calm.
🍫 11:00 am | Cacao Drink & Healthy Snacks – Facilitated by Steph Harking, this heart-opening drink invites deep connection and joy.
🌳 11:20 am | Mindful Nature Walk / Forest Bathing – A guided walk through nature with Jo Taylor, allowing you to ground, connect with the Earth, and soak in the rejuvenating energy of the season.
📝 11:55 am | Pause & Journaling – A moment to capture reflections and write any insights that come up.
🎶 12:00 pm | Sound Bath Journey – Led by Yanni, this deeply immersive session of healing sound vibrations will help you fully relax, restore and integrate your experience.
📝 12:50 pm | Pause & Journaling – Closing reflections and gratitude.
🙏 1:00 pm | Closing Circle, Snacks & Goodbyes – Leave feeling recharged, inspired and aligned with your higher self.
