Hello, I’m Yanni, and I’m looking forward to sharing this space with you. A sound bath is an experience where participants are immersed in the healing vibrations of sounds created by a variety of instruments. As you recline in comfort, you’ll be surrounded by the harmonious sounds of singing bowls, rainsticks, chimes, and drums.

Who is this for?

My intention is to connect with the energies of the season, the month and the moon, to help you align with the cycles of nature.

Moon Phase 5th of July – Waning Gibbous – Integration, Sharing, Wisdom

The Waning Gibbous phase is when the energy begins to wane after the Full Moon, this phase supports the integration of recent revelations. It’s a time to reflect on what has come to fruition, share what you’ve learned, and be of service to others from a place of understanding.

Sound baths during this phase help anchor your inner wisdom and foster emotional calm. The sounds assist in quiet reflection, while opening the heart to service and compassion. You may feel lighter, wiser, and more connected to your path and purpose.

Month: July | Time: Long Days | Sign: Cancer

June into July, the month of Cancer, marks the arrival of Summer. The Solstice is the longest day with the Sun at its zenith, before the slow turn begins. Nature no longer races to grow. It settles into a deeper work: the quiet maturing of what was planted, tended and hoped for. Fragrant flowers hold their bloom, green fills every space and the days stretch long and golden.

There is something of midday in this month. A fullness. A stillness within the abundance. Cancer invites us inward even as the world outside blazes with light. A calling to feel rather than think, to draw wisdom from direct experience rather than analysis. To be present in the warmth rather than reaching past it. This is a month of hope meeting fruition. Of gratitude for what has grown and trust in what is quietly ripening.

Season: Summer | Element: Water | Direction: South

The season of Summer is connected with the element of Water and the direction of the South. Water teaches us to trust our feelings, our inner knowing, and the natural rhythms that guide life. It invites us to experience the world with childlike curiosity and openness. Just as summer brings warmth and growth, this is a time of expansion, of exploring, experiencing, and deepening into who we truly are.

Where Spring awakens, Summer ripens. What has begun now gathers strength, moving with fluidity and purpose. Water supports us in seeing things clearly, in detail, and feeling them fully. It nourishes the heart, soothes the nervous system, and dissolves what no longer serves. Through this softening, we begin to sense our true nature not as a fixed identity, but as something that flows. This is the season to trust the journey, to allow life to guide us, and to begin listening deeply to the wisdom within.

Sound Bath in Bedford – Location & Accessibility

The sound bath with take place in one of the rooms on the 1st floor at the Place Theatre in Bedford. Accessibility – stairs only. The Place Theatre is a lovely venue and a vibrant community hub, hosting diverse productions, community events, and workshops.

Cost and How to Book

Early booking is essential as spaces are intentionally limited to 10 people max to keep the session intimate, allowing each participant to be in close proximity to the singing bowls if they want an immersive experience.

Schedule

The sound bath will take place upstairs, in room 2.

• For the early session, 5-6pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 5:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.
• For the late session, 7-8pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 7:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.

Refund policy

You can receive a full refund up until midday on the Wednesday before the event. After that, I’ll be happy to provide a full refund, if I’m able to fill your place.
