Hello, I’m Yanni. I’d love to invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of a sound bath in Bedfordshire. A sound bath is a great opportunity to pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
A sound bath is an experience where participants are immersed in the healing vibrations of sounds created by a variety of instruments like singing bowls, rainsticks and chimes. As you recline in comfort, you’ll be surrounded by healing vibrations that help quiet the mind and ease the body into a meditative state. The healing vibrations work to release tension and anxiety, restoring a sense of harmony and balance from within.

My intention is to connect with the energy of the moon, the month and the season, to help you align with the cycles of nature.
Moon Phase 15th of October – Waxing Crescent – Inspiration, Planning, Initiation
During the Waxing Crescent phase we experience the spark that follows the stillness of the New Moon. It’s the ideal time for generating new ideas, exploring creativity, and planting new seeds. The energy is quickening, encouraging movement, initiative, and envisioning your path ahead.
Sound healing during the Waxing Crescent helps awaken your inner vision and clear mental fog. It offers energetic support for forming new intentions, fostering mental clarity, and tapping into your creative drive. You’ll leave with motivation kindled and a clearer sense of direction.
Month: The Falling Leaves Time | Sign: Libra
From 22 September to 22 October, we move into Libra season, a time when nature slows and turns inward as the earth begins its quiet preparation for winter. Introspection is the quality of this season. Where summer asked us to gather, October asks us to sit with what we harvested and to look honestly at its worth. This is a time of contemplation and gratitude, a pause to reflect on what the summer months brought before we carry it forward. The energy here feels more mature and settled than the seasons before it and less urgent. This is the beginning of Autumn season and autumn is aligned with the element of Earth and the direction West. Sound Bath in Bedfordshire – Everything You Need to Know
Location
The Sunset Sanctuary is a beautiful venue nestled in the Bedfordshire countryside. Bathed in natural light, in a quiet setting and perfectly positioned to watch beautiful sunsets. The sound bath with take place in the studio.
Investment and How to Book
Spaces are limited to 9 spaces so that you are in close proximity to the singing bowls so that you have a fully immersive experience. Early booking is essential to avoid disappointment.

Schedule & Duration
Please arrive early enough for a prompt 7:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.
Refund policy
You can move your booking or receive a full refund up until midday on the Monday before the event. After that, if you wish to cancel or reschedule, I will do my best to fill your place and if successful, I’ll be happy to offer a full refund or transfer your booking to another event.
