Hello, I’m Yanni, and I’m looking forward to sharing this space with you. A sound bath is an experience where participants are immersed in the healing vibrations of sounds created by a variety of instruments. As you recline in comfort, you’ll be surrounded by the harmonious sounds of singing bowls, rainsticks, chimes, and drums.

My intention is to connect with the energies of the season, the month and the moon, to help you align with the cycles of nature.
Moon Phase 11th of October – New Moon – Rest, Reflection, Rebirth
The New Moon phase marks the point of energetic withdrawal. We are invited to pause and turn inward. This phase is about allowing space for new possibilities to emerge. It’s where intuitive wisdom becomes louder, dreams begin to form, and the blueprint for your next step is received in silence.
A New Moon sound bath helps you release the noise of the world and connect to yourself. It creates space for insights to arise from within and allows your energy field to reset. You’ll leave feeling centred and clearer about what’s next for you.
Month: The Falling Leaves Time | Sign: Libra
From 22 September to 22 October, we move into Libra season, a time when nature slows and turns inward as the earth begins its quiet preparation for winter. Introspection is the quality of this season. Where summer asked us to gather, October asks us to sit with what we harvested and to look honestly at its worth. This is a time of contemplation and gratitude, a pause to reflect on what the summer months brought before we carry it forward. The energy here feels more mature and settled than the seasons before it and less urgent. As the leaves fall, we are asked to let go of what no longer serves the balance we seek, and to move in the direction of what truly matters.

Earth symbolises the physical body and the material world, embodying qualities of grounding and introspection. After the season of harvest, this time invites us to reflect on our accomplishments, anchor our energy and cultivate a deep sense of gratitude.
A sound bath during this season can help you ground yourself in the present moment, encouraging you to release what no longer serves you and embrace a sense of balance. The vibrations promote a deeper connection to your body and the Earth, allowing you to feel centred and aligned with the natural cycles. By tuning into the energies of Earth, you can harvest the wisdom of your experiences and move forward with renewed clarity and purpose.
Sound Bath in Bedford – Location & Accessibility
The sound bath with take place in one of the rooms on the 1st floor at the Place Theatre in Bedford. Accessibility – stairs only. The Place Theatre is a lovely venue and a vibrant community hub, hosting diverse productions, community events, and workshops.
Investment and How to Book
Spaces are limited to 10 spaces so that you are in close proximity to the singing bowls so that you have a fully immersive experience. Early booking is essential to avoid disappointment.

Schedule
The sound bath will take place upstairs, in room 2.
- For the early session, 5-6pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 5:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.
- For the late session, 7-8pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 7:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.
Refund policy
You can receive a full refund up until midday on the Wednesday before the event. After that, I’ll be happy to provide a full refund, if I’m able to fill your place.
