A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and mindful experience. You will lie down comfortably and allow to be bathed in the vibrations of various healing instruments. Many different instruments will be used to create healing vibrations such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums.

The location is ideal as it offers a tranquil space, with great energy where several healers practise. It is located in the heart of Bedfordshire, only 20 minutes from Bedford or Biggleswade, 25 minutes from Luton or Milton Keynes. Finally, there is plenty of free parking on site.

Cost

It is £15 per person and I accept bank transfer or paypal.
