Hello, I’m Yanni. I’d love to invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of a sound bath in Bedfordshire. A sound bath is a great opportunity to pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
A sound bath is an experience where participants are immersed in the healing vibrations of sounds created by a variety of instruments like singing bowls, rainsticks and chimes. As you recline in comfort, you’ll be surrounded by healing vibrations that help quiet the mind and ease the body into a meditative state. The healing vibrations work to release tension and anxiety, restoring a sense of harmony and balance from within.
This session falls on 11/11, a date regarded as a portal day for awakening and alignment. It is traditionally associated with synchronicity, soul purpose and clarity of the heart, which makes it a meaningful moment to pause and reflect. The sound bath gives you the space to do exactly that. As the vibrations settle your mind and body, you can tune in to what feels true for you and carry a clear intention into the weeks ahead.

My intention is to connect with the energy of the moon, the month and the season, to help you align with the cycles of nature.
Moon Phase 11th of November – Waxing Crescent – Inspiration, Planning, Initiation
During the Waxing Crescent phase we experience the spark that follows the stillness of the New Moon. It’s the ideal time for generating new ideas, exploring creativity, and planting new seeds. The energy is quickening, encouraging movement, initiative, and envisioning your path ahead.
Sound healing during the Waxing Crescent helps awaken your inner vision and clear mental fog. It offers energetic support for forming new intentions, fostering mental clarity, and tapping into your creative drive. You’ll leave with motivation kindled and a clearer sense of direction.

From 22 October to 21 November, we are in Scorpio season, a time that nature slows down and starts going inwardly and that mirrors us too. Autumn is the season of defoliation, when trees release their leaves and those leaves decompose to become nourishment for them. This is the principle of transformation and regeneration made visible. What has served its purpose is released, so there can be renewal. Endings are the compost, before new growth.
This season asks us to realise what we no longer need and realise strength lies in release rather than control. Ancestral and karmic threads tend to surface strongly now. This coincides with Samhain, traditionally seen as the time when the visible and invisible realms overlapped, and honouring the dead is a natural part of the season. The invitation is to take what has decayed and transmute it into something new and authentic.

This is the beginning of Autumn season and autumn is aligned with the element of Earth and the direction West. Earth symbolises the physical body and the material world, embodying qualities of grounding and introspection. Sound Bath in Bedford – Everything You Need to Know
Location
The Sunset Sanctuary is a beautiful venue nestled in the Bedfordshire countryside. Bathed in natural light, in a quiet setting and perfectly positioned to watch beautiful sunsets. The sound bath with take place in the studio.
Investment and How to Book
Spaces are limited to 9 spaces so that you are in close proximity to the singing bowls so that you have a fully immersive experience. Early booking is essential to avoid disappointment.

Schedule & Duration
Please arrive early enough for a prompt 7:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.
Refund policy
You can move your booking or receive a full refund up until midday on the Monday before the event. After that, if you wish to cancel or reschedule, I will do my best to fill your place and if successful, I’ll be happy to offer a full refund or transfer your booking to another event.
