Hello, I’m Yanni, and I’m looking forward to sharing this space with you. A sound bath is an experience where participants are immersed in the healing vibrations of sounds created by a variety of instruments. As you recline in comfort, you’ll be surrounded by the harmonious sounds of singing bowls, rainsticks, chimes, and drums.

My intention is to connect with the energies of the season, the month and the moon, to help you align with the cycles of nature.

Moon Phase 16th of August – Waxing Crescent – Inspiration, Planning, Initiation

The Waxing Crescent phase is the spark that follows the stillness of the New Moon. It’s the ideal time for generating new ideas, exploring your creativity, and planting the first seeds of a project. The energy is quickening, encouraging enterprise, initiative, and envisioning your path ahead.

Sound healing during the Waxing Crescent helps awaken your inner vision and bring clarity to your desires. It offers energetic support for forming new intentions, fostering focus, and tapping into your creative drive. You’ll leave with motivation kindled and a clearer sense of direction.

Month: the Ripening Time | Zodiac Sign: Leo

From 22 July to 21 August, we move through Leo season, known in shamanic traditions as the Ripening Time. The Sun blazes at its peak in the Northern Hemisphere, animating life, ripening the fruits of the Earth, and encouraging us to pause, bask, and reflect. This is a time of openness, celebration, and inner maturity. Festivals like Lammas and Lughnasadh honour abundance, yet hint at the coming shift to Autumn. As days slowly shorten, we are invited to trust our intuition, release the old, and align with the changes we wish to embody.

The season of Summer is connected with the element of Water and the direction of the South. Water teaches us to trust our feelings, our inner knowing, and the natural rhythms that guide life. Where Spring awakens, Summer ripens. What has begun now gathers strength, moving with fluidity and purpose. Water supports us in seeing things clearly, in detail, and feeling them fully. It nourishes the heart, soothes the nervous system, and dissolves what no longer serves. Through this softening, we begin to sense our true nature not as a fixed identity, but as something that flows. This is the season to trust the journey, to allow life to guide us, and to begin listening deeply to the wisdom within.

Sound Bath in Bedford – Location & Accessibility

The sound bath with take place in one of the rooms on the 1st floor at the Place Theatre in Bedford. Accessibility – stairs only. The Place Theatre is a lovely venue and a vibrant community hub, hosting diverse productions, community events, and workshops.

Cost and How to Book

Early booking is essential as spaces are intentionally limited to 10 people max to keep the session intimate, allowing each participant to be in close proximity to the singing bowls if they want an immersive experience.

Schedule

The sound bath will take place upstairs, in room 2.

• For the early session, 5-6pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 5:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.
• For the late session, 7-8pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 7:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.

Refund policy

You can receive a full refund up until midday on the Wednesday before the event. After that, I’ll be happy to provide a full refund, if I’m able to fill your place.
