My intention in this Sound Bath is to help you with:
Creativity · Alignment · Grounding
Hello, I’m Yanni. I’d love to invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of a sound bath in Bedfordshire. A sound bath is a great opportunity to pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
A sound bath is a deeply restorative practice where you’re enveloped in layers of vibration and tone. Instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle percussion create resonant soundscapes that help quiet the mind and ease the body into a meditative state. Month: The Frost Time | Sign: Scorpio
From 22 October to 21 November, we are in Scorpio season, a time that nature slows down and starts going inwardly and that mirrors us too. Autumn is the season of defoliation, when trees release their leaves and those leaves decompose to become nourishment for them. This is the principle of transformation and regeneration made visible. What has served its purpose is released, so there can be renewal. Endings are the compost, before new growth.
This season asks us to realise what we no longer need and realise strength lies in release rather than control. Ancestral and karmic threads tend to surface strongly now. This coincides with Samhain, traditionally seen as the time when the visible and invisible realms overlapped, and honouring the dead is a natural part of the season. The invitation is to take what has decayed and transmute it into something new and authentic.
Season: Autumn | Element: Earth | Direction: West
This is the beginning of Autumn season and autumn is aligned with the element of Earth and the direction West. Earth symbolises the physical body and the material world, embodying qualities of grounding and introspection. After the season of harvest, this time invites us to reflect on our accomplishments, anchor our energy and cultivate a deep sense of gratitude.
A sound bath during this season can help you ground yourself in the present moment, encouraging you to release what no longer serves you and embrace a sense of balance. The vibrations promote a deeper connection to your body and the Earth, allowing you to feel centred and aligned with the natural cycles. By tuning into the energies of Earth, you can harvest the wisdom of your experiences and move forward with renewed clarity and purpose.
