Hello, I’m Yanni, and I’m looking forward to sharing this space with you. A sound bath is an experience where participants are immersed in the healing vibrations of sounds created by a variety of instruments. As you recline in comfort, you’ll be surrounded by the harmonious tones of singing bowls, rainsticks, chimes, and drums.

My intention is to connect with the energies of the season, the month and the moon, to help you align with the cycles of nature.

Moon Phase 17th of May – New Moon – Rest, Reflection, Rebirth

The New Moon phase marks the point of energetic withdrawal. We are invited to pause, turn inward, and attune to ourselves. This phase is about allowing space for new possibilities to emerge. It’s where intuition becomes louder, dreams begin to form, and messages for your next step are received.

A New Moon sound bath helps you release the noise of the world and connect to yourself. It creates space for insights to arise from within and allows your energy field to reset. You’ll leave feeling centered and clearer about what’s next for you.

Month: The Growing Time | Direction: East | Taurus

May, the month of Taurus, is a period of growth and expansion, where the natural world moves through visible change. Spring reaches its peak, with solar energies strengthening and nature flourishing in full expression. This is a time of rooting, where what has begun now seeks stability and  nourishment. Energetically, May is guided by the East, the direction of awakening. It is a time to ground your vision, allowing ideas and intentions to take shape and move towards reality.

Season: Spring | Element: Fire | Direction: East

In the shamanic teachings that I follow, Spring is dedicated to the element of Fire. Fire symbolizes illumination, enlightenment, and the power of vision. As nature awakens, so we do too, emerging from the stillness of winter with fresh energy. Spring is a time of new life, what was once hidden in the earth now begins to rise. It is a season of awakening, both within and without, where we can see more clearly where we are and extend our vision toward what lies ahead.

Sound Bath in Bedford – Location & Accessibility

The sound bath with take place in one of the rooms on the 1st floor at the Place Theatre in Bedford. Accessibility – stairs only. The Place Theatre is a lovely venue and a vibrant community hub, hosting diverse productions, community events, and workshops.

Cost and How to Book

Early booking is essential as spaces are intentionally limited to 10 people max to keep the session intimate, allowing each participant to be in close proximity to the singing bowls if they want an immersive experience.

Cost is £15 per person and I accept bank transfer, Revolut or Paypal.

Schedule

The sound bath will take place upstairs, in room 2.

• For the early session, 5-6pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 5:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.
• For the late session, 7-8pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 7:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.

Refund policy

You can receive a full refund up until midday on the Wednesday before the event. After that, I’ll be happy to provide a full refund, if I’m able to fill your place.
