Hello, I’m Yanni, and I’m looking forward to sharing this space with you. A sound bath is an experience where participants are immersed in the healing vibrations of sounds created by a variety of instruments. As you recline in comfort, you’ll be surrounded by the harmonious tones of singing bowls, rainsticks, chimes, and drums.

Solar energies strengthen, activating potential and manifestation. This is a month of momentum, where seeds begin to push through the soil and intentions start becoming action.

Energetically, April is guided by the power of the East, the direction of awakening, vision and openness. The East winds carry clarity, inspiration and forward motion, supporting speedy growth. This is a time of creation, where inner readiness turns into growth and new life takes form.

In the shamanic teachings that I follow, celebrations like Spring Equinox are dedicated to the element of Spirit. Spring Equinox is a moment of perfect balance, where light and dark meet in harmony. It marks the return of growth, new cycle and renewal, both in nature and within us. This sound bath is dedicated to the element of Spirit, the unifying force that connects all things and reminds us of our deeper essence. Spirit holds the energy of unity, presence and inner alignment.

My intention is to create a space where you can connect with that deeper awareness, restore inner balance and gently open to the new cycle ahead. This is a time for renewal, as you step into the season of growth with clarity, openness and grounded purpose.

Sound Bath in Bedford – Location & Accessibility

The sound bath with take place in one of the rooms on the 1st floor at the Place Theatre in Bedford. Accessibility – stairs only. The Place Theatre is a lovely venue and a vibrant community hub, hosting diverse productions, community events, and workshops.

Cost and How to Book

Early booking is essential as spaces are intentionally limited to 10 people max to keep the session intimate, allowing each participant to be in close proximity to the singing bowls if they want an immersive experience.

Schedule

The sound bath will take place upstairs, in room 2.

• For the early session, 5-6pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 5:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.
• For the late session, 7-8pm, please arrive early enough for a prompt 7:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.

Refund policy

You can receive a full refund up until midday on the Wednesday before the event. After that, I’ll be happy to provide a full refund, if I’m able to fill your place.
