Hello, I’m Yanni. I’d love to invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of a sound bath in Bedford. A sound bath is a great opportunity to pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Two evening options are available:
● Early session 6:30-7:30 pm
● Late session 7:30-8:30 pm

A sound bath is a deeply restorative practice where you’re enveloped in layers of vibration and tone. Instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle percussion create resonant soundscapes that help quiet the mind and ease the body into a meditative state. Beyond relaxation, the frequencies reach subtle energetic layers, supporting balance, release, and inner harmony.

The month of Aries, carries the energy of ignition, movement and new beginnings. Spring fully awakens, bringing growth, illumination and a surge of life into the natural world. Solar energies strengthen, activating potential and manifestation. This is a month of momentum, where seeds begin to push through the soil and intentions start becoming action.

Energetically, April is guided by the power of the East, the direction of awakening, vision and openness. The East winds carry clarity, inspiration and forward motion, supporting speedy growth. This is a time of creation, where inner readiness turns into growth and new life takes form.

Season: Spring | Element: Fire | Direction: East

In the shamanic teachings that I follow, Spring is aligned with the element of Fire and the direction of  the East. Fire symbolizes illumination, enlightenment, and the power of vision. As nature awakens, so we do too, emerging from the stillness of winter with fresh energy. Spring is a time of new life, what was once hidden in the earth now begins to rise. It is a season of awakening, both within and without, where we can see more clearly where we are and extend our vision toward what lies ahead.

My intention is to connect with the energy of the Fire element, the energy of the month and also the energy of the moon, to help you align with the cycles of nature. In doing so, you are invited to awaken your inner vision, ignite what is ready to be born within you and move forward with clarity.

Sound Bath in Bedford – Location

The event will take place in the Birch room at the Clophill Centre, a serene setting known for its calming energy. It’s located in the heart of Bedfordshire, just 20 minutes from Bedford or Biggleswade, and 25 minutes from Luton or Milton Keynes. Ample free parking is available on-site.

Cost and How to Book

Spaces are limited to 10 spaces so that you are in close proximity to the singing bowls so that you have a fully emersive experience. Early booking is essential to avoid disappointment. To reserve your spot, please email me at faros.spirit@gmail.com
The cost is £15 per person, payable via bank transfer, PayPal or Revolut.

Schedule

For the first session, door opens at 18:30 for a prompt start.
For the late session, door opens at 20:00 for a prompt start.
The sound bath will last approximately 50 minutes, followed by a couple minutes of silence and then 15 minutes of sharing for gentle integration. You will have time to ease back into the present moment, reflect on your experience, and enjoy some chocolate to help you feel grounded before heading home.

Refund Policy

You can receive a full refund up until midday on the Wednesday before the event. After that, I’ll be happy to provide a full refund, if I’m able to fill your place.
