Hello, I’m Yanni. I’d love to invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of a sound bath in Bedford. A sound bath is a great opportunity to pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

A sound bath is an experience where participants are immersed in the healing vibrations of sounds created by a variety of instruments like singing bowls, rainsticks and chimes. As you recline in comfort, you’ll be surrounded by healing vibrations that help quiet the mind and ease the body into a meditative state. The healing vibrations work to release tension and anxiety, restoring a sense of harmony and balance from within.

Moon Phase 23rd of April – Waxing Gibbous – Refinement, Emotion, Commitment

During the Waxing Gibbous phase it strongly influences emotional tides and growth. This is the phase where plans mature and efforts deepen. It’s about refinement – perfecting, adjusting, and putting heartfelt emotion into your work.

Sound healing during the Waxing Gibbous phase assist with emotional clarity and energy fine-tuning. The frequencies help you connect with your heart, release emotional stagnation, and deepen your commitment to what you’re building. You’ll leave feeling focused, emotionally aligned, and reconnected with your “why.”

Month: The Growing Time | Taurus 

May, the month of Taurus, is a period of growth and expansion, where the natural world moves through visible change. Spring reaches its peak, with solar energies strengthening and nature flourishing in full expression. This is a time of rooting, where what has begun now seeks stability and  nourishment. Energetically, May is guided by the East, the direction of dawn and awakening. It is a time to ground your vision, allowing ideas and intentions to take shape and move towards reality.

Creativity is evident everywhere in nature, as growth becomes steady and embodied. Early May brings Beltane, a celebration of union, initiation and the spark of romance, marking a powerful moment of connection and creation.

Season: Spring | Element: Fire | Direction: East

In the shamanic teachings that I follow, Spring is dedicated to the element of Fire. Fire symbolizes illumination, enlightenment, and the power of vision. As nature awakens, so we do too, emerging from the stillness of winter with fresh energy. Spring is a time of new life, what was once hidden in the earth now begins to rise. It is a season of awakening, both within and without, where we can see more clearly where we are and extend our vision toward what lies ahead.

My intention is to connect with the energy of the Fire element, the energy of the month and also the energy of the moon, to help you align with the cycles of nature.

Sound Bath in Bedford – Location & Accessibility

The sound bath with take place in the studio. The Sunset Sanctuary is a beautiful venue nestled in the Bedfordshire countryside. Bathed in natural light and perfectly positioned to catch the sun, it makes for an truly magical setting, especially for evening and sunset events.

Cost and How to Book

Early booking is essential as spaces are intentionally limited to 10 people max to keep the session intimate, allowing each participant to be in close proximity to the singing bowls if they want an immersive experience.

Schedule

Please arrive early enough for a prompt 7:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15 minutes for integration.

Refund policy

You can receive a full refund up until midday on the Monday before the event. After that, I’ll be happy to provide a full refund, if I’m able to fill your place.
