What are the Akashic Records
Think of the Akashic Records as a vast spiritual library. This library holds all the information about your soul’s journey through different lifetimes, including your thoughts, emotions and experiences.
What are the Chakras
Chakras are energy centres in your body. There are seven main chakras, that run along the spine and they are like spinning disks of energy that correspond to certain organs, nerves, glands and areas of our body. They intricately reflect emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, serving as conduits for vital life energy. When these chakras are blocked, it can lead to stress, confusion, or even physical symptoms.
Quick Overview of the Chakra Reading
First, I investigate whether the 7 main chakras are properly aligned and energetically well connected to each other. This is because if alignment or connection is disrupted, your energy flow becomes unstable so this foundational check is essential before I begin exploring specific blockages.
Alignment refers to whether each chakra is positioned and functioning in harmony along your central energy channel, while connection reveals how well these chakras are communicating and working together as a system.
Finally, I investigate each chakra, its openness and the energy blockages that prevent it from working properly. Below you can see an example where we discovered one blockage per chakra.
Example Chakra Reading and the associated Energy Blockages
To give you a clearer picture, here’s a summary of a chakra reading that I did for a client.
Base Chakra (68% Open)
Blockage: Karmic imprint from the womb, “life is hard work.”
Cause: These imprint was absorbed while they were in their mother’s womb. It either happened because the mother worried a lot about her life or her social circle influenced her. Imprints as such can show how your belief system was shaped but also the tendencies or behaviours you developed and attracted from others.
Sacral Chakra (55% Open)
Blockage: Crack on your Aura’s Shield.
Cause: Our Aura is our defence mechanism we use against lower vibrations, curses and anything dark. Sometimes due to extreme grief, sorrow, disappointment, heartache or even from psychic attacks, the Aura can be penetrated and create a permanent scar which opens the door to future attacks. The crack on the Aura was directly linked to their sacral chakra, leaving them vulnerable to psychic attacks but also blocking their joy and creativity.
Solar Plexus Chakra (51% Open)
Blockage: Emotion to balance – unachored autonomy.
Cause: This is showing what the client was feeling about themselves, subconsciously or consciously. Feeling autonomous is a very good emotion to have about yourself but anything in excess can cause harm. I believe it was a gentle nudge from their higher self saying they should start leaning on other people for support.
Heart Chakra (62% Open)
Blockage: Limiting emotion of “something bad will happen to me.”
Cause: Fear and negative thinking were blocking their heart chakra and receiving unconditional love.
Throat Chakra (71% Open)
Blockage: Psychic Intrusion – a black arrow-shaped object at the throat.
Cause: At some point the client received excessive negative energy from someone and it got crystallized in your energy field. Normally our field will discard these energies but when they are too excessive, they crystalise and appear as weapons.

Third Eye Chakra (47% Open)
Blockage: Carrying a karmic imprint of mental health issues.
Cause: This energy blockage started in a past life, as a severe mental health illness that was so intense, that it got into their energy field and it followed them in other lives.
Crown Chakra (95% Open)
Positive Behaviour to Balance: Freedom.
Cause: Freedom is a great behaviour to have developed but anything in excess can cause issues. In this instance we didn’t cleanse this behaviour. With the affirmations I gave them, we were able to balance it to a level that was serving them.
